At check out you will get the option to choose which form of shipping you prefer and will get the pricing info for the shipping.

Please note that if you choose the USPS option your package can only be tracked to the US border. Once your package leaves the US it can no longer be tracked.

Bag-all is not responsible for your package after it has left the US. Meaning if your package gets lost outside the US we are not responsible for the order and will not refund it or replace it. 

To insure you can track your package all the way to your door, please choose the Fedex or UPS option.

There may be local customs and taxes. These needs to be paid by the customer. Please check with your customs before ordering to get information on local fees.

RETURNS

Bag-all will accept returns for any reason and reimburse the bags within 30 days of the purchase, no questions asked. However, products that have been personalized with a monogram can not be returned for a refund. There is no reimbursement for the shipping nor for the return shipping.
