Mokahandbags.com is a wholesale company (not retail).
If you receive a damaged or defective item...please contact us directly for instructions.
We do not do back-orders.
We do not do exchanges.
Returns must be made within 2 days of receiving your order. You must obtain a Return Authorization number and write it outside the return box. Returns with no RA number will be refused. Allow 10 - 15 days for credits to be posted to your account. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases. Orders not accepted at time of delivery for any reason are "Return to Shipper" classified and are charged for the return shipping fees as per UPS 3 Day Shipping Rate plus 25% restocking fee.

1. How do you ship orders?
You can choose the method of shipping when you place the order online thru the shopping cart. The following method are available.
CONTINENTAL USA - UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, US Postal Service Express Mail, UP Postal Service Priority Mail.
ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, HAWAII ,VIRGIN ISLANDS (US),AMERICAN SAMOA - US Postal Service Priority Mail, US Postal Service Express Mail. BNX is available for Hawaii.
CANADA - US Postal Service Express Mail, US Postal Service Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Express Saver. Note: UPS CANADA also charges additional duties/brokerage fees which are due to driver upon delivery. Please contact UPS CANADA for info. on their brokerage fees/duties when receiving packages from the U.S.
We make every effort to ship your order out as fast as possible. Depending on the day, time of day and our existing order load, we will attempt to ship your order out the same day we receive it. Due to these multiple factors, we can not guarantee your order will leave our warehouse the day we receive it.
Typically, your order will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of us receiving the order and getting a credit card & address approval. We do not ship on weekends. Declined credit cards or invalid addresses could delay your order longer.
We will email you with your exact total and tracking number once your items have shipped. It will then take standard shipping times (depending on the carrier used) to reach you. We are not responsible for any shipping delays once items have been picked up by the chosen carrier.
IMPORTANT: SHIPPING WILL CHANGE AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PACKAGED. SHIPPING SELECTED AT CHECKOUT IS ONLY ESTIMATED SHIPPING.

2. How much is shipping cost? Who pays for shipping?
The shipping charges are based on actual shipping plus insurance and a minimal handling fee. Customer pays for shipping. We ship from our location is California.
Shipping price is based on the following:
A) Type of Service Used
B) Weight of Box
C) Size of Box
D) Location we are shipping to
When you place the order online, you are able to select an ESTIMATED SHIPPING. However, this shipping cost will change once we package your order. Only after packing your order, will be know the actual shipping cost that we will charge you.
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally with US Postal Service Express Mail, US Postal Service Priority Mail and UPS.
For International orders the cheapest way to ship is via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping will vary depending on country, size of box and weight. We will inform you of the shipping charges.
Mokahandbags.com is not responsible for any VAT/Custom Duties and/or Import Tariffs required by the receiver's country. International Orders may be subject to VAT/Custom Duties, Tariffs and/or Taxes by the destination country.
4. Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO address with US Postal Service.
If your credit card billing address is a PO BOX, then please enter this address when placing your order so we can ship your order expeditiously.
