Where is my parcel?
When your parcel has been shipped, you will automatically receive an electronic e-mail including the parcels tracking number and how to track your parcel.

How to return?
You can return any product within 14 days of receiving your original order.
The returned products are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packed properly.
All products will be inspected on return and must be in a reasonable condition. The returned product must not have been damaged, soiled, washed or altered and all labels or tags must still be intact.
The refund of the returned products will be provided within 30 days of ALLSIZE COMPANY GROUP receiving the returned product.
The refund will be credited to the card used for the original purchase.
