Problem with the products received:
 
Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you experience the above problems, please contact us immediately at our Support center.
Please ship the package to the designated address provided by the after sales staff. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. We will provide a partial refund as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.
 
Out of stock:
Some items may out of stock or there may be insufficient products to complete the order during the order processing stage. Our customer service staff will contact you and provide you with a status update. Customers are eligible to ask for a partial Refund (covering some of the item cost and the shipping fee) in the event of not receiving email notification.
 
Size:
To reduce the possibility of disputes, please take clear photographs in good lighting of the relevant items while placed on the ground. A ruler or measuring tape should also be featured to measure out the incorrectly sized part. The photos should be submitted to the after sales team for review. We will provide a reply to your issue(s) as soon as possible. Normally this will require 2-3 business days. Please note the following RMA criteria relating to size differences.Custom made items: Deviation from the original size must exceed 2CM. Non custom made items: Deviation from the original size must exceed 3CM. Please ship the package to the return address provided by the after sales team. Customers must cover the shipping fee for the package return. I ordered 3 dresses from RoseWholesale and paid for expedite shipping for an event I am going to on Friday. I wasn't concerned about the material because I knew what I paid for the outfits. With that said, it would have been nice if the dress actually covered my private parts like you would think a DRESS should. I bought a large just to be on the safe side and this thing can barely fit a toddler. I had to have the help of a friend just to pull it over my head. The girl in the picture wearing the same exact dress is much thicker than me and the outfit I must say is NOT THE SAME!!!!! I don't know where you guys are getting these models from or should I say STEALING these pictures but it's false advertising. It is very clear that you are making cheap replicas and in my opinion you are doing a piss poor job at it. American and overseas sizes are not the same......you need to adjust accordingly!

Has anyone contacted the Better Business Bureau about RoseWholesale? I wish I had read the reviews first myself. I put in an order on August 11 and still no word on my shipment or anything and today is September 3. I placed an inquiry to them today. But after seeing these reviews I am mortified that I just threw money out of the window!

 

 

Missing items and terrible customer service¡??

I order several dresses from Rosewell 8/10/15. Yes they are poor quality, but you do get what you pay for right. However, my issue was that I did not receive 1 of my 4 items. I have been in contact with customer service, Zada, originally said they couldn't find records of my purchase then requested more information including photo copies of my drivers license, my credit card, and a snap shot of my bank screen where they had charged me. She said it was to be sure that I was who I said I am. Today, I get a reply back stating she still is unable to find information regarding my purchase. How can they bill my card and ship 3 items to my address but nothing they have shows I purchased anything from them. I previously read a statement from their offices stating that they do not hear about concerns prior to these poor reviews that have been written. However, customer services is aware of this issue and responded last with there apologize for the inconvenience but they were unable to find an order with my name. They thanked me for my understanding and directed me to contact them again with any other concerns. I have sent a response. I requested to be connected with someone who was interested in resolving this issue as Zada is unable to do so. I have been emailing and responding for over 4 weeks now. If this issue can't be resolved I will be very vocal to my Facebook friends on the character of this company as Facebook is where I found them.

This is awful stuff. Badly sewn, cheap flimsy material, has a musty smell. Serves me right I suppose. If it seems too good to be true most likely it is not true, Save your money and don't order from this site. I learned a lesson to the tune of about $150.00. I could have purchased 2 nice pieces of clothing that I could wear instead of 5 piecesthat I will donate.
I ordered extra large and I'm not that big...a size 12 and I couldn't get two pieces on, They are more like a size 8 and these are extra large.

Hi, This is the 2nd time I order clothes with RoseWholesale. The first Order in 2014, i was not very happy because I have to wait a long time to have my order. because the item were out of order. I asked many time the support center and they were always very smart and aswered me very fast. For the second time 08/15/2015. I was very surprised by receving my order very fast. I was very happy. And I am still happy. Everything fit with my size, and I AM VERY SMALL. it's not easy for my to find clothes at my size. anyway everything was fine. Expect the packing. it was like stabbing on it. I suppose it was something with the Post.. Anyway everything was perfect thank you.

The start was not as good as I expected. I had some issues, but they have redeemed themselves with customer service. You need to be patient and hopefully you get your items soon. I will order again from them and maybe I could give them 4 stars next time
