I ordered it online and got an email on my Iphone like right after with confirmation. Then later they phoned me saying they wanted to confirm the order and my credit card address. The girl was super cute and kind with me. I took 10 days to arrive which they said is a bit long, but it was fine for me. I really like this site because you have all the choices on the menu and you can search for the bag you are looking for. It seems like they have good deals, but I just paid the regular price because I only go the one bag. But really $269 for this is so much less than the real one. I like this site. I think if I did the 7 stars score like Mariela I would say 5 stars for this website. ˇ±
